Maxi-Rub 101 & 102

Maxi-Rub™ 101 is a 45% PTFE dispersion, specialty wax designed for heatset inks.

Maxi-Rub™ 101 will provide excellent rub and slip characteristics to heatset ink formulations, when used on a 45 to 65 pound basis weight stock, and 65 to 90 pound basis weight cover stock.

Maxi-Rub™ 102 is a cost effective 100% polymeric compound, specialty wax designed for heatset inks.

Maxi-Rub™ 102 will provide excellent rub and slip characteristics to heatset ink formulations, when used on a 45 to 65 pound basis weight stock.

Enhanced gloss and abrasion resistance will also be provided to the ink formula.

React-NTI recommends a starting point dosage of 4% to 7% based on total

formula weight of the heatset ink.
